How freight factoring works

You haul the load. We handle the paperwork and the waiting.

  1. Deliver the load

Haul it the way you always do and get the signed BOL.

  2. Send us the invoice and BOL

Upload them in the client portal, or send them by email or fax.

  3. We verify the load and fund you

We confirm the load with the broker and send the advance to your bank account: within 60 minutes on rush, ready to fund same day otherwise.

  4. We bill the broker and collect

The broker pays us, not you. No more chasing payments between loads.

You choose which invoices to factor

Factor the loads you want paid now and keep the rest. Once a customer is set up, they pay us on every invoice, and we pass through payments on the invoices you kept.

Know where you stand before a broker is late. Either way, we check the broker’s credit for free before you haul.

All questions

What does freight factoring cost?

New carriers pay a 2.9% flat fee and get a 97.1% advance. Rush requests add a flat $40 processing fee. There are no minimums and no invoice fees, and your quote shows every fee before you commit.

How fast will I get paid?

Rush requests fund within 60 minutes. Standard requests are processed and ready to fund the same day.

Do I have to factor every invoice?

No. You choose which invoices to factor. Your customer pays us on all of them, and when a payment comes in for an invoice you didn’t factor, we pass it through to you.

What happens if a broker doesn’t pay?

Factoring with FFS is recourse by default: if a broker never pays an invoice, you buy that invoice back. Non-recourse factoring, where we take the credit risk, is available on request. Ask us for pricing.

Can I get a lower rate?

There are no contracts, but a lower rate is available if you choose to commit. Call (813) 773-4002 to talk it through.
